- Through the recruitment website (Careers) during the application stage.
- Via email during the offer stage communications.
- Through Social Media background check Agency.
- Through national criminal check service provider.
Clause 4: Purpose of Collection and Usage of Personal Data
JCDC collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:
- To identify and evaluate candidates interested in employment with JCDC.
- To fulfill laws and regulations requirements.
Personal data will be used solely for the purposes outlined, in accordance with PDPL regulations.
Clause 5: Storage and Destruction of Personal Data
Personal data is securely hosted and processed within JCDC systems. JCDC employs security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction and ensure proper communication and action is carried out to the best of its ability under normal circumstances. Your data will be retained as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this notice and in compliance with legal obligations. Clause 6: Legal Basis for Collecting and Processing Personal Data
The collection and processing of personal data at JCDC is based on the explicit consent of the individual. The data subject retains the right to withdraw this consent at any time unless there is an alternate legal justification for the data processing. - Right to Request Destruction of Personal Data: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data under certain conditions, except where legal provisions dictate a specific retention period or if contractual obligations require otherwise.

The JCDC reserves the right to add or change any of the provisions of the Privacy Notice, and JCDC will notify the data subject of that, and JCDC has the right to terminate the account of the data subject if the data subject does not accept any change in the Privacy Notice.
